Filing or Taking Over an Appeal to the Board of Equalization
I can file your appeal for you directly to the BOE (provided you are within 45 days from the date of your Annual Notice of Assessment that was sent to you by the County) or I can take over an appeal that you have filed. In either case, I will handle your appeal personally to conclusion. You do not have any involvement – I literally do everything that needs to be done.
My fee is $40/hour.

Filing or Taking Over an Appeal to the Superior Court
You have the legal right to take your appeal to the Superior Court after you have gone through a Board of Equalization hearing, if you feel the result obtained at the BOE was not fair or just. My fee for taking the appeal to the Superior Court is different than my fee at the BOE level. My fee and the other costs associated with going to the Superior Court are outlined in my engagement agreement to take the appeal to the Superior Court. You can see the terms of that engagement agreement by clicking the bar below.
If you have already appeared before the Board of Equalization and are dissatisfied with the results, I can file an appeal to Superior Court on your behalf or take over an appeal to the Superior Court that you have already filed.
